Registration and payment

Online registration is paid in full at checkout. Your spot is held for 20 minutes while you pay; unpaid spots are released. Dancers under 18 must be registered by their parent or legal guardian, who accepts the waiver for them. Classes registered through KW Community Ed follow Community Ed's policies.

Refunds

Need to drop? Contact Leah before the first class for a full refund. After classes begin, refunds are handled case by case.

Waitlists

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist for free. When a spot opens, the next person in line gets an email with a private link that holds the spot for 48 hours. If it isn't claimed in time, it goes to the next person.

Weather and cancellations

Youth classes follow Kenyon-Wanamingo school closings. If Leah cancels a class, families are notified by email or text, and the class is made up when possible.

Photos

With your permission (a checkbox when you register), Sunjoy may share class and performance photos on this website and social media. You can change your choice at any time by contacting us.
