Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Sunjoy Studio website. By accessing or using our website, registering for a class, or making a purchase through our site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. About Sunjoy Studio

Sunjoy Studio is a locally owned dance and fitness studio operating in Kenyon and Wanamingo, Minnesota. Our website provides information about our classes, allows visitors to register for adult classes through our online booking system, and directs visitors to KW Community Education for youth class registration.

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

Use this website in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems
Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material

3. Class Registration & Bookings

Youth classes — registration for youth dance camps and family classes is handled through the KW Community Education website. By clicking a registration link from our site you will be directed to their platform. Sunjoy Studio is not responsible for the registration process, data handling, or policies of KW Community Education. Please review their terms and policies directly.

Adult classes — registration and payment for adult classes including Strength in Motion drop-in sessions and session packages are handled directly through our website via Wix Bookings. By completing a booking you agree to the following:

All information provided during registration is accurate and complete
You are 16 years of age or older, or are a parent or guardian registering on behalf of an eligible participant
You have read and agreed to our liability waiver at the time of booking
You understand the class schedule, location, and pricing as listed at the time of registration

4. Payments

Payments for adult classes are processed securely through Wix Payments. By submitting payment you authorize Sunjoy Studio to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

All prices are listed in US dollars
Payment is due in full at the time of booking
Sunjoy Studio does not store your full credit card details on our systems
In the event of a payment dispute please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Adult classes booked through our website:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for a studio credit toward a future session at Leah's discretion
No-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit
Sunjoy Studio reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. In the event of a studio-initiated cancellation, a full refund will be issued

Youth classes registered through KW Community Education:

Cancellation and refund policies for youth classes are determined by KW Community Education. Please refer to their policies directly for this information

6. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By registering for any Sunjoy Studio class, participants and their parent or guardian acknowledge and agree that:

Dance and fitness activities involve inherent physical risks including but not limited to muscle strain, sprains, and other injuries
Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical fitness and ability to participate safely
Sunjoy Studio and Leah Vangsness are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in classes, use of facilities, or travel to and from class locations
Participants with pre-existing medical conditions should consult a healthcare provider before participating

The waiver acknowledgment completed at the time of booking serves as your agreement to these terms. Parents or guardians signing on behalf of a minor accept these terms on the minor's behalf.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and the Sunjoy Studio name and brand is the property of Sunjoy Studio and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without prior written permission from Sunjoy Studio
Use the Sunjoy Studio name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent
Scrape or systematically extract content from this website for any purpose

Personal, non-commercial use of website content for reference purposes is permitted provided you do not modify the content and retain any attribution.
